Audiovisual & digital signage consulting

Plan It Right. Build It Right. AV That Works.

Nobody plans to hire an AV consultant. They learn to. Independent design, specification and project management for public-sector, corporate, retail & hospitality projects, and digital out-of-home networks.

If someone sent you here

Here's what they were telling you.

  • One accountable person owns the AV scope, from the first sketch to the commissioning sign-off.
  • The drawings can be priced and built from, by the electrical engineer, the builder and the integrator alike.
  • The advice is independent. We don't sell hardware or take a margin on the install.

Four kinds of work

Where we are the right call.

01

Public sector at scale

Hospital, civic and institutional programs, from room-type standards to tender and construction support.

02

Corporate & enterprise

Boardrooms and meeting rooms as repeatable standards, rolled out across a portfolio and supportable by IT.

03

Retail & hospitality

Restaurants, hotels and venues where the AV is part of the interior and has to survive opening night.

04

Digital signage & DOOH

Networks of hundreds or thousands of screens, from architecture and platform to rollout and operations.

Capacity and track record

Built for scale.

Public sector

One room type, or a whole hospital.

  • Lead AV specialist on multi-billion-dollar hospital redevelopment programs
  • BC's first healthcare command centre, on direct-view LED

Corporate & enterprise

One boardroom, or a standard rolled out to a hundred.

  • A decade running technology programs inside a 160-site national enterprise
  • $10M+ installation portfolio delivered on time and on budget

Retail & hospitality

A single venue, or every location in the chain.

  • Flagship restaurants, a 65-foot LED ballroom, a $1M+ entertainment venue
  • Menu boards in thousands of quick-service locations

Digital signage & DOOH

30 players, 300, or 3,000.

  • 5,000+ menu boards and 500+ street-level DOOH displays deployed
  • One network grown from 300 to 3,000+ players, and kept running

3D-printed visualization

We print the room before anyone builds it.

For rooms that matter, we 3D-print the design at scale: the workstation pods, the sightlines, the display sizes, the ceiling. When there are two ways to lay the room out, we print both and put them side by side. Clinicians and executives can pick them up, argue over them and change them while changes are still cheap. It is the fastest design review we know, and it ends the "I didn't picture it like that" conversation before construction starts.

Then the room itself

From the printed model to the lit wall.

A healthcare command centre: the 3D-printed model the clinical team reviewed, the backer and rails going up, the fit-out, and the direct-view LED wall lit for the first time.

4Commissioned

Design · Consult · Implement

What you receive.

Design

System design and a full drawing set, in Revit or AutoCAD, that the trades can build from.

Consult

Specifications, budgets, tender documents, bid review, and a straight answer when the room asks whether something will work.

Implement

Project management through installation, commissioning and a documented handover.

Current on what's next

Fluent in where the technology is going.

AI in the workflow

We use AI daily for documentation, review and our own automation tools, and we can tell you where it belongs in an AV or signage operation, and where it doesn't yet.

AV over IP and the cloud

Networked audio and video, cloud-managed control and monitoring, designed with the IT department rather than around it.

Direct-view LED

Fine-pitch, transparent and outdoor LED, specified for the viewing distance, the content and the budget, not the brochure.

Data-driven signage

Content tied to business systems, proof-of-play reporting, and networks that can be measured after launch.
